Day Visitors
If you have visitors coming to Runway East for a meeting, you don't need to register them in advance at all sites. They will be able to sign in on the iPad on arrival and you'll get an alert that they're in the building.
RWE Borough Market: As there is a separate reception team for the building, you should fill out this form so that they can expect your visitors.
Long-Term Visitors
If you have a visitor who will need access beyond 1 day, email support@runwayea.st so we can prepare a pass for them.
Guest Passes
Most visitors don't need their own guest pass, as they'll be with you for the duration of their visit.
If we do give a pass to a visitor, it should be returned by the end of the day. If they leave with it, you may be charged £10 for a replacement card on your monthly bill.
